Now as you have been working to build a connection with yourself and to harmonize your senses together, you've been paying attention to all of the things around you, making your discernment and spending more time with yourself; this is when you begin to live more within yourself, and not outside.
Within the darkness of your Spirit, where you are able to speak with the someone that lives within you, and within the silence - this is where your Ancestors communicate with you, and where your Spirit connects with them.
In life, nothing is destroyed or replaced; it is transformed. There is nothing new, nothing ancient, all is the same. Lineage is a cycle, Ancestors are a cycle. You leave and you come back. Nothing is new under the Sun. That is why you may find an Ancestor from way back, and see yourself in them.
Remember - to connect to them, is to first connect with you.
